As we started work with the Realtracs team, one problem became evident. As they expanded and have grown as a company, the brand messaging needed to shift to represent a newly launched suite of products rather than a single offering. By providing a messaging workshop, website design, custom photography and grow to market strategy, we were able to successfully partner and relaunch this incredible brand with over 26 years of experience in the Middle Tennessee area.
Hosted in Nashville, TN and led by a StoryBrand Certified Guide, we guided the Realtracs team through updated messaging and positioning as a company. Throughout the day, their executive leadership team came together and used this signature framework to workshop BrandScripts for listing agents, buyers agents and brokerages, as well as messaging surrounding their latest product, RealtracsONE. We love hosting StoryBrand VIP Days and the momentum that happens when everyone on your team is on the same page prior to starting a website redesign. (We’re thrilled to report that months later, StoryBrand messaging has been implemented throughout the company, even all the way to the Customer Happiness teams and their in-person support.)
With the previous website, it was text heavy and offered visual line drawings for interest. However, it didn’t accurately show to the user what an experience with the product would look like. We leaned into “Show and Tell” in massive ways with the new site. One of our favorite ways to do this is with custom icons sets that pair seamlessly with the product design. The result? A tech-forward, innovative sight that delights and inspires the user, increasing overall conversions.
Did you know the average user stays on a webpage only 3.5 seconds before bouncing off? Our goal is to always multiply time and the Realtracs website was no exception! Building off the custom icon set we chatted about we included dynamic elements like parallax scrolling, animated text marquees, gifs, and horizontal scroll groups and video to capture a user’s attention thoughtfully throughout the site. We love the final result and how it commands attention.
